The primary bedroom with a sea view, has an en suite walk in shower, fitted wardrobe and A/C. The twin bedroom has A/C and fitted wardrobe. There is a family bathroom with bath and over head shower. 

Up stairs there is a fully fitted kitchen with water filter, a spacious lounge /dining area with sea views and A/C. Leading out from the lounge is a terrace ideal for a leisurely breakfast. It makes a wonderful holiday home for a couple or small family. All rooms have breathtaking sea views. There is a built in BBQ, patio table and 4 chairs for Al Fresco dining on the private patio area.The communal pool with sun loungers is shared with the other 3 houses, so it never gets very busy even in high summer. The best beaches for the children, approx 5-8 minutes walk from the house are called Playa Venta el Bancal and Playa de las Ventanicas. There is also a wide selection of bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the house. An allocated parking space is also provided.
