On the ground floor is the master bedroom with en suite shower room and A/C. A  twin room which has a built in wardrobe and A/C. There also a separate family bathroom.

Up stairs is an open plan lounge and dining area, with patio doors opening out to the terrace, with sea views, and is perfect for breakfasts and al fresco dining for 6.The newly refurbished kitchen is fully equipped.The third bedroom is off the kitchen through a small hallway, this has a single bed with a pull out, and its own cloakroom and A/C. 

The large terrace at the front of the villa, is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a cocktail or two with friends and family, whilst enjoying the sea view. The villa has an allocated parking space and shares the large swimming with only 3 other villas, so it never gets crowded in the height of summer. 

A short walk down the road is one of the best beaches in Mojacar Playa, where there are plenty of choices for restaruants and bars, but it never gets too noisy in this area of Mojacar.
